We hope you love all of your Ceréta purchases, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We will happily provide you with an exchange as long as your return meets the requirements listed below:


  • Items must be sent back to us within THREE days upon receiving the Exchange Authorization Reference number (please refer to our FAQ).
  • Size exchanges (subject to availability) can be made for the same design and colour only.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
  • Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept items that have incurred makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, etc. 
  • The shipping and handling fee for the exchange shall be borne by the customer unless the received item is different from the original order. 
  • Exchanges can be made once and are final.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided if there is a change of mind, unless the product has a defect or any mistakes associated to your orders from our end. Should there be any manufacturing defects, we will try our best to arrange for an exchange first. This is however, subject to availability of your purchased item(s).

Please drop us an email within three (3) business days upon receiving the item and please include the requirements above, description of defects and accompanied by a photo evidencing the defect. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed or otherwise, unused with original tags/labels attached).
